Royalty Magazine was founded in 1981. The magazine established itself through its commitment to high production values and quality editorial. ‘Royalty’ soon found itself a loyal worldwide readership.

As it grew in popularity ‘Royalty’s’ original 48-page format was expanded to the current 84-page format with laminated covers. The magazine’s editorial has also evolved, keeping to its original brief of reporting contemporary royalty but expanding to include news, fashion and, on occasion, the political.

With its unique access to the world of royalty and high-society, ‘Royalty’ has specialised in exclusive features and interviews, and it was the first magazine to be given access the Russian State Archives in the 1990s, leading to a series of groundbreaking features on the last Romanovs.
