This 21st edition sees the guide continuing to grow as the number of restaurants in the South West which meet the criteria* increases; a fantastic development for those of us who love to eat out.
Outside of London, the region continues to lead the UK in high quality, authentic cooking, using locally prepared and seasonal ingredients. It’s not all about fine dining of the white linen and crystal variety either; you’ll also discover excellent
food, served with style, in chic beachside restaurants and moorland dining pubs.
We’re pleased to introduce a new website this year which allows you to book directly in many places, and which is also optimised so it’s easy to use on your tablet or phone. Another benefit which we’ve introduced for 2013/14 are the dining vouchers, which you’ll find at the back of the guide. Look for the voucher symbol on the restaurant pages and where you see one you
can use a voucher to save £5 on your bill.
