China Airlines to add 777Xs

TAIWAN-BASED CHINA Airlines has become the latest carrier to sign up for the Boeing 777X, putting pen to paper on a deal for ten 777-9s. It has also ordered four 777-8F freighters, making it only the third airline to commit to both passenger and cargo models, following All Nippon Airways and Qatar Airways. The carrier has also secured options for a further five 777-9s and four 777-8Fs.
