Numbers add up for Air Astana
THE AIR Astana Group has reported a $10.7m net profit for the first half of 2025, a 131.9% increase compared to the same period last year. The airline group, which includes Kazakhstan’s flag carrier Air Astana and low-cost subsidiary FlyArystan, also saw total revenue and other income increase by 12.1% to $658.2m, while earnings before interest, taxes and other costs (EBITDAR) stood at $157m, up 24.1%
