TITAN AIRWAYS has taken delivery of its first Embraer E190, marking the charter specialist’s re-entry into the regional jet market. The aircraft, newly registered as G-POWX (c/n 19000543), joined the airline’s 13-strong fleet on June 26 and is now available for ad-hoc charter and lease bookings. The twinjet joins Titan’s existing all-Airbus line-up of A320/A321ceo and neo types, offering a smaller-capacity option better suited to domestic and short-haul European operations. The E190LR is currently configured with nine business class and 88 economy seats, although the airline says an all-economy layout with up to 100 seats will also be available depending on client needs.
