A MAN and a woman were taken to hospital after a car accident left them suspended upside down in their car in the middle of the road.
The pair were travelling towards Lochgilphead on the B8025 Tayvallich road when their car veered across the verge through trees, before crashing down a banking, landing on its roof. The incident took place at 10.15am on Sunday July 9 at the junction near Bellanoch, which joins the Tayvallich and Crinan roads.
Their black Ford Fiesta crashed through the tree-lined verge, before falling down the 10ft embankment that separates the two roads. The vehicle overturned and came to a stop upside down in the middle of the B841 road to Crinan.
