AS THE council in Kilmory settles into an administration and opposition, Nationalist councillors claim they were ‘locked out’ of power-broking discussions.

The first meeting of Argyll and Bute Council in the wake of this month’s elections saw plenty of new faces around the chamber – but the likely administration has a familiar look.
