Housing teams to play charity match for Grenfell residents

HOUSING services staff will come together on the football pitch to help those who lost their homes in London’s Grenfell Tower tragedy.

Teams from Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) and Argyll and Bute Council will kick off at 4pm next Friday July 28 at the all-weather sports pitch at Lochgilp head Joint Campus in a 90-minute fundraising match for Grenfell Tower residents.

The teams will be captained by the respective chief executives – Cleland Sneddon for Argyll and Bute Council and Alastair MacGregor for ACHA.
