Painting to music

ARTMAP Argyll is hosting a free painting to music workshop for people aged 12 to 25 at the Mid Argyll Youth Project building in Lochgilphead. The events on June 4 and 5 will look at blending of senses like people being able to hear colours and see sounds. Different kinds of music, from hip-hop to classical, will be played while you paint and you can see where the music takes you. There will also be games and group painting. For the second day, artists can take in their own selection of music to inspire an artists’ book. To book a place contact artmapargyll@
