A team of marine scientists, led by the University of Glasgow, has discovered that seabed conditions are key to the survival of cod, haddock and whiting
Sophie Eliott conducted surveys around the South Arran Marine Protected Area (MPA) between 2013 and 2014. During that time, Community of Arran Seabed Trust founder Don McNeish and Kiscadale Engineering helped her design and build a baited camera system to record fish diversity, behaviour and abundance on different seabed and environmental conditions.
