United’s away day

Arran United played well at Campbeltown Football Festival last Saturday. The competition is non competitive at this stage but the boys had some wins, loses and draws on the day.

The festival involved 450 children in 52 teams. Three teams from Arran competed, including Lamlash Primary, coached by John and David Copperwheat, and Arran United, who brought their 2008 and 2009 teams.
