An Arran group are hosting a new course called Carbon Conversations. These are a series of supportive, friendly, facilitated short discussion groups which will explore the meaning of climate change and how to halve your personal carbon footprint.
A welcome meeting is being held tomorrow (Saturday) at 11am in Lamlash fire station to introduce the course and the evening discussion meetings will be on Mondays starting on Monday January 23.
The course is being run for Arran Community Land Initiative with funding from the Climate Challenge Fund and aims to help people reduce their carbon footprint, save money and help protect the planet for future generations.
