The importance of toilets to tourism

I am very concerned about the scheduled closure of the public toilets on Arran in March and would urge everyone to write to their councillors, MSPs and MPs.

Many locals and tourists currently use these facilities which have been provided and maintained by North Ayrshire Council for many years. I believe there will be a public health hazard created from the removal of public toilets from remote areas such as North Glen Sannox.
