Shocking discovery

I write to warn unsuspecting walkers in Glen Catacol.

Our dog found to her detriment that there is an unmarked electric fence just after the kissing gate in the deer fence at the start of the walk in Glen Catacol. She was walking along the edge of the path and I saw a metal line of fencing but did not worry as there was no sign to say it was electrified, she yelped loudly and we realised that she had had a shock. She does not appear to be any worse for the experience but I am concerned that should a small child or someone with a pacemaker fitted touch the fence, the outcome could be more serious.
