Mobile monstrosities

I read with interest the letters page of the Banner of June 24. Was the content indicative of the correspondence you received on the subject of campervans? There were no letters against them.

The island has been littered with these monstrosities for months, fuel and victuals topped up at Asda in Ardrossan, and many not using the available campsites for overnight parking. During the recent half-term holiday, they were frequently found parked up in the car park at the entrance to Glen Catacol, one morning four, as well as obstructing other places at the side of the road, now not an A, along the west coast. Oh, and ask the council workers who empty the litter bins how often they have found them full of bulging black bin liners?
