The 20-year-old 800m runner was one of the biggest revelations in British athletics last year when he made the team for the World Championships in Beijing, having won the European junior title and run a 1:45.78 personal best at the Anniversary Games to go third on the British all-time junior list, just one hundredth of a second behind Steve Ovett.
Langford spent months away from competition this year as he struggled with an injury to his IT band before illness struck while he was on the road to recovery.
The Shaftesbury Barnet Harrier confessed that motivation more than anything else has been a struggle for him in recent months, and said the revealing footage of the lengths Farah goes to in order to achieve the highest standards was particularly eye-opening.
