This bright and expansive dining room designed by Natalie Myers, owner and principal of Veneer Designs in Los Angeles, sets a great standard for any updated midcentury dining room. The 1963-built ranch in Mandeville Canyon had great bones, and a few smart additions and a carefully curated selection of furnishings give the open-plan space a heart-of-the-home appeal.
