American Miniaturist  |  Issue 231
There’s nothing like Halloween to get your creative juices flowing. As you peruse through this issue of American Miniaturist you will see what I mean. Some of my favorite things this time of year are abandoned houses with cobwebs and dark corners as well as stories of supernatural events.
When you merge anything Halloween with miniatures, you’ll get true magic! I have been immersing myself with mini goblins and witches. We have a fun issue this month for all you Halloween fans out there, plus some great fall projects too.
I personally can’t wait to see the trick-or-treaters at the door. My boyfriend says he has the most fun on Halloween watching me race to the door with excitement every time the bell rings so I can check out the costumes! I love seeing the kids express themselves and share who they’re portraying. Some just want that yummy candy, but who can blame them? We have a candy bowl for us and one for the kids. The more work they put into their costumes the more candy I give them. That’s my tradition!
Whatever traditions you enjoy,
I hope you have a really memorable All Hallow’s Eve, and most importantly, stay safe and be kind.
