THE SCOTTISH Salmon Company (SSC) welcomed Argyll and Bute MP Brendan O’Hara to its newly-developed Cairndow processing and filleting plant on Friday January 19.
Mr O’Hara joined Craig Anderson, chief executive of the SSC, to meet employees at the factory, which is situated at the head of Loch Fyne.
The SSC is a significant local employer with around 80 people employed at the processing centre and 160 full-time staff employed across 20 sites in Argyll and Bute.
