AT AROUND 7am on Wednesday May 24, a vehicle went off the road at Strone Point, on the A83 near Inveraray. The female driver and only occupant sustained minor injuries. She was taken to the Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead and released after treatment.

A 63-YEAR-OLD man has been reported to the procurator fiscal after an incident at about 7am on Wednesday May 24 at Paterson Street, Lochgilphead. Police were called to an incident where two dogs, of which the man was allegedly in charge, attacked another dog.
