Gilp golfers tee off for fundraising comp

LAST weekend at Lochgilphead Golf Club there was fierce competition in the MacAulay Fundraising Competitions.

While the gents played for the MacAulay Cup, the ladies battled it out for the MacAulay Rosebowl.

Both trophies were donated many years ago by Alex and Jenny MacAulay and members play for these, giving a donation as an entry fee, which is passed on to Robin House in Balloch, operated by CHAS.
