No L plates

A vehicle was stopped by police on the A83 at Lochgilphead about midnight on Sunday February 10. Checks revealed that the driver, a 31-year-old man, was a provisional licence holder and failed to display ‘L’ plates. He was charged and issued with a £100 fixed penalty with three penalty points.
