THE DEADLINE is fast approaching for people in Argyll and Bute to have their say on how money from the council’s Supporting Communities Fund should be spent. Earlier this year, local groups and organisations posted their project ideas on a website created for the fund of how they could use potential funding of up to £2,500.
Local residents have been given the opportunity to vote for which of these project within the budget they would like to see funded. More than 3,500 votes have already been received, however, time is running out with voting closing on Monday April 30. Visit abpb.argyll- bute.gov.uk and vote for which projects you would like to see funded. For help on voting contact communitydevelopment@argyllbute.gov.uk or call 01369 708669.
