PLANS are being drawn up to turn Lochgilphead’s Clock Lodge into a new youth arts centre.
At a recent Lochgilphead Community Council meeting, it was announced that the Lochgilphead Phoenix Project is working with the Templar Arts and Leisure Centre in Tarbert to draw up plans to establish a new creative arts space in the newly-renovated Clock Lodge.
In a presentation at the meeting, Templar Arts committee members, Sian MacQueen and Nicole Heidtke, outlined their proposals. Nicole said: ‘So far, we are trying to get funds to work with the Phoenix Project to make use of the Clock Lodge but also looking for other projects help run it too.
