Three walkers had to be rescued from a ridge after they got lost in the northern mountains as night fell on Monday.
The Arran Mountain Rescue Team (AMRT) was called out at around 9pm to assist with a search for three walkers who had become lost in the hills.
Thankfully, a grid reference was quickly established and the team split into two groups, one including search dog Ruby, setting off from Glen Sannox and heading up to the ridge between Cir Mhor and Caisteal Abhail, and the other group heading up Glen Rosa in the team’s ArgoCat to the same location.
