Arran RNLI responded to a stricken yacht that had run aground at Inchmarnock.
The inshore lifeboat Rachel Hedderwick was launched at 1.30pm on Saturday August 26 in response to a distress call from the yacht.
When the Arran RNLI crew arrived on scene, the yacht had been towed clear of the rocks by a passing vessel. The Arran crew then worked with the Tighnabruich RNLI crew to ensure the vessel was seaworthy.
