ATTITUDE CAUGHT UP WITH 31-YEAR-OLD DJ, MODEL AND PERSONAL TRAINER, ANDREW MOORE

What’s an average week like in terms of keeping fit?

I’m working out, going to the gym and eating clean most days of the week. I’m also very active and walk everywhere.

How often do you work out?

I go to the gym and weight-train about five times a week and sometimes go swimming.

What does your workout regime look like?

I like to mix it up every so often to shock the muscles, but basically I like to weight-train and split it between legs, back, chest, arms and shoulders, doing abs every second day.

Do you ever work out outdoors?

I usually work out in a gym but sometimes I’ll jog in the park or go swimming.
