MALCOLM RICHARDS

After studying creative writing at university, Malcolm Richards put his passion to one side and went into teaching. But, inspired by a friend, he self published his first book, The Hiding House, in 2012. After its success and that of his second book, Walking After Midnight, he left teaching to focus on writing full-time. His addictively creepy and compelling detective series, featuring Emily Swanson and her gay sidekick Jerome, has ensured Malcolm has a large following - gay, straight and everything in between.
