JUNIOR SINGLE-SEATER formulas are known for their frequent incidents, and so too was calamity seen in the glory days – albeit usually for reasons other than immaturity.
Following a Monaco race that was notable for a five-car pile-up at the infamous chicane, many of the Formula 3 lot met in Belgium for the Grand Prix des Frontières, held over 6.5 miles on the streets of Chimay and certainly not for the faint-hearted.
