How kindly do you think of yourself? It can be all too easy to catch yourself on a mental loop of negative thoughts. You know the old story – you see a glossy ad offering the perfect lifestyle, if only you had the right hair, that body, those shoes. If you buy into a negative perception of how you look, everywhere you go you are likely to be reminded that you are not good enough.
