Are you one of those people who walks through life unfailingly unscathed, never experiencing stress? No? Us neither. And that’s ok, you certainly aren’t alone. According to a study by the UK-based charity, Mental Health Foundation UK (mentalhealth.org.uk), findings showed that in a single year, almost 75 per cent of adults experienced stress that, at points, they felt was so extreme they were unable to cope entirely. Furthermore, the same study revealed that one third of adults had experienced suicidal thoughts or feelings, due to stress.
