Occupying a beautiful grade 2 listed building in the heart of Norwich, Erpingham House is a ground floor café, first floor restaurant and second floor bar, which is impressive both in looks and ethos – in fact, it’s the UK’s largest plant-based restaurant. Founder, Loui Blake, adopted a vegan diet after travelling the world and wanted to share the foods he’d fallen in love with along the way in his city. Today, the restaurant has a unique home from home atmosphere which promotes sustainable and health conscious food. Here, Loui tells us more.
