Gemma runs Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen – a plastic-free, vegan food brand based in Brighton, offering meal delivery packages, mood-boosting supper clubs and cooking workshops. After having worked in the mental health sector, and recovering from an eating disorder herself as a teenager, Gemma’s passion is making meals that are good for your mind and body.
