Our editor Leeanne Cooper introduces the April issue and all that it has to offer, as well as a short piece on our amazingly elegant pastel rainbow ruffles cake. We have a video from Sherry Hostler, where she shows us how to Colour, Stack and Buttercream our cakes with her incredible Naked Rainbow Cake. We also have a detailed ‘how to’ video from Katy Sue, showing us how to create the perfect Daffodils and Pansies using moulds. The final clip we have is on page 65 where Charlotte White introduces us to her cake inspired by Grace Kelly, and where her fascination with the actress stems from.

As always, we have plenty more for you to read including a brilliant piece on Sarah Horton’s best in show cake at The Cake & Bake show last October and we talk to Laura Dodimead on the best ways to avoid the dreaded soggy bottoms.
