London trucker acquitted of killing Kintyre designer

‘It was just a tragic accident’

A LORRY driver accused of killing a top designer cycling to work in London was cleared of causing her death by careless driving at the Old Bailey.

Moira Gemmill.

James Kwatia, 42, of 6 Crofton Park Road, Catford, southeast London, was accused of crushing Moira Gemmill, 55, to death, under the wheels of his lorry, at a roundabout near Lambeth Bridge.
