Big Jessie’s goes above and beyond

Sir,

I write to thank Big Jessie’s Tearoom and Ferry farm at Tayinloan for opening the gate to one of their fields, on Monday and Tuesday of last week, to allow additional parking at the Gigha ferry terminal.

On Monday in particular there appeared to be upwards of 150 people trying to go to Gigha on the 11am ferry with no available parking spaces in the main car park.
