Raffle prize with a licence to kill

A CAMPBELTOWN man was shaken not stirred when he won an 007 James Bond cocktail shaker.

Calum Morrison did not win the unusually branded item with a thunderball but in a raffle, at West Road coffee morning last Thursday, as part of Red Cross week. It was one of five similar events at the organisation’s Kirk Street Hall.

During the week fundraisers also undertook a door-to-door collection across Kintyre. Red Cross organiser Anne Cousin said: ‘Attendance was steady everyday. We raised £2,100.’
