THE TOWN Hall was packed to the rafters last Saturday night as music-lovers piled in to catch Campbeltown Brass’s summer concert.
The excellent performances served as both a celebration of the group’s various successes this year, which saw them crowned Scottish champions, and as a fundraising push for their trip to compete at the UK finals in Cheltenham next month.
The band are one of the furthest travelled in the country, regularly taking round trips of more than six hours to compete at championships.
