A MAN heading for an RNLI coffee morning was rescued by Campbeltown lifeboat operations manager George Bradley.
The man’s wife, an RNLI volunteer, had inadvertently taken both sets of car keys, as she headed to the event in the Red Cross hall, leaving him stranded at Bellochantuy. More than £1,200 was raised at the fundraiser which included a stall selling RNLI gifts.
