A FAMILY business is expanding its offering of outdoor and leisure clothing - right in the heart of Argyll.

The Sweeney family took over long-established Dewars Boot Store some nine years ago. The Inveraray business has gone from strength to strength, selling a wide variety of quality outdoor gear and equipment. Brand leaders like Haglofs, Ridgeline of New Zealand, Swanndri, Sealskinz, Target Dry, Guy Cotten and Hoggs of Fife can all be found on the shelves. At the beginning of this month, the company took a big step as it took over the vacant MacIntyres of Inveraray premises, just a few doors along from Dewars on the main street.
