Parents tread the red carpet to evening of movie music

A PIPE band, choirs and brass ensemble were among primary school acts at Dalintober’s ‘Night at the Movies’.

The special Christmas show, on Monday evening, raised the rafters in the school’s hall and it was hard to find one act that was better than all the others but P1s version of Shake a Tail Feather, from The Blues Brothers, took some beating.

The Shrek version of I’m a Believer by P4 and Mamma Mia! from Abba the Movie by P7 also had many a foot tapping and voices humming along.
