A BELGIAN long-distance cyclist will clock-up more miles than two back to back Tour de France races.
The Courier caught up with Benjamin Maertens, 51, a civic grass-cutter from Antwerp, as he battled a Kilberry peninsula wind on a crisp autumn day.
Maertens said he left Dover in August and plans to return on December 22 after an epic ride of more than 5,000 miles.
