YOUNG golfers of all abilities drove, chipped and putted to try to get nearest the pin in a Mach Dunes skills challenge.
Last Sunday’s annual event saw 24 youngsters stride onto the fairways and attempt to hit a hole-in-one and garner the highest score.
They were supported by adult volunteers including Florence Chrystie and Margaret Barr who measured the distance to the pin in the pitching competition. All players received medals and the winners trophies, donated, for free by Brian McKeown of Uppermost Business Gifts in Uddingston.
