Prince’s estate has won a court case against a record label accused of ‘bootlegging’ the late musician’s music. Eye Records, described as a “bootleg label dedicated to Prince”, have been reportedly ordered to pay the estate $7 million in reparations following the successful lawsuit.
The label has allegedly issued 18 Prince compilations since his death featuring live performances and rare unreleased tracks.
