Brayers are favour of the month this issue (you asked us for brayer techniques, we bring you brayer techniques!), with not one but two fantastic projects to help you get more from this handy little tool. On page 44 Riet van Zundert shows you a simple but stunning technique featuring fibres and our Masterclass (p.62) showcases four different but equally lovely brayer techniques.

Christmas is just around the corner too; next month is our Christmas Special but for this issue we have a few projects to get you in the seasonal mood. On page 30 Joanne Allison shows you how to create a beautiful glittery card in soft winter hues and our Stamping Contrasts challengers tackle some pretty vintage Christmas stamps from Creative Expressions (p.20).

Finally we are delighted to welcome two new contributors to the team this month - Paula Whittaker shows you a stunning background technique on page 72 and Card Maker of the Year 2010 Riet van Zundert’s brayer project (as mentioned above) is on page 44.
