Craft Stamper  |  Craft Stamper - October 2011
Hello! Are we really on the October issue already? Truly I’ve no idea where the summer went, but I do love the colours of the autumn months, and some of our designers have captures the look and feel of the season beautifully in this issue (see pages 37 and 78 for inspiration). Jean Franks Beck has even stamped with real leaves to create some stunning designs - turn to page 24 for a step-by-step guide.
As you will have seen from the cover this issue is a Fabric Special and we have some amazing projects for you to try! Those of you who (like me) are practically allergic to sewing machines will be delighted to hear that many of our offerings are no-sew too. We have an altered embroidery hoop (p.16), a fabric stamping tutorial using StazOn (p.30), a gorgeous quiltie (p.74), a sewing-themed configurations box (p.66) and some incredibly realistic faux denim cards (p.8). Even our subs gift fits the theme (p.54)!
Finally, I should mention that this issue we welcome Penny Nutall, who you may remember won our Stamper of the Year Competition 2010. Turn to page 28 for her fabulously gothic creation! Lots going on this month, hope you find plenty of inspiration!
