“You wouldn’t believe how versatile ice cream scoops are in the kitchen. I have them in all sizes and use them to portion everything from cake batters to cookie doughs, plus I use them to make perfectly circular pancakes. Your baking will improve too, as having exactly the same amount of mixture in each cupcake case or cake tin will allow them all to cook at exactly the same rate and to look identical, giving your bakes a professional look. I used this one in my first episode on The Great British Bake Off and to make the coffee and walnut cupcakes I made for Her Majesty The Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations.
