CRUNCHY PUDDING TOPPER
Heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Brush 3 filo pastry sheets with 2-3 tsp melted butter and drizzle with runny honey, then sprinkle with 2-3 tsp sesame seeds. Lay each sheet on an oven shelf, then bake for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove the sheets, leave to cool, then break into shards and sprinkle over ice cream for a speedy pud.
