HOW TO ENTER THE 2021 COMPETITION
Do you know a young person who could be the next Nigella, Samin Nosrat or Nik Sharma? Entries open on 12 February for The Guild of Food Writers’ Young Food Writer of the Year competition, the only national food writing competition for under 18s. Young wordsmiths are invited to write on the theme of Food Discovery, in any style or genre. Judges include cooks and food writers Lorna Wing and Lisa Faulkner; author and founder of social enterprise 91 Ways, Kalpna Woolf; presenter Stefan Gates; and delicious. editor Karen Barnes.
