I’ve visited Catalonia so many times over the years and the more I go, the more I love the place and the people. I’ve been discovering and learning about the cities, towns and villages while uncovering some amazing culinary secrets (not all disclosed here, of course!). I’ve met new people and made new friends, who’ve gladly opened their homes and their hearts. Catalonia has a fascinating history that includes the region’s political and social struggles to hold onto its identity (so much in the news recently) and its rich culture and heritage. My food adventures have been a privilege and a pleasure. I sincerely hope you’ll enjoy these recipes too.
